Best Western Dothan Inn & Suites

Didn't have an issue here, but hard to believe all the reviews from entitled dog owners. One person clearly had several large dogs that thankfully were turned away, people are out of hand with their dam dogs. Want to take them everywhere and treat them like literal humans. The term entitled is spot on with these people. Kudos to this BW for having some sanity, but I also blame BW corp for allowing this as a policy. I understand these days it's about competition but we'll stay where they don't allow dogs any day. Do dog owners seriously think they can't effectively clean carpets and the rooms? We always know when we open to door if a dog has been in the room. People didn't always expect this nonsense, traveling with a pack of dogs and expect to stay anywhere. They don't care about respect or just common sense.

We truly enjoyed our stay. Literally every aspect was perfect. Great staff, great room and wonderful breakfast. Highly recommend!

Nice little hotel. Small pool, great breakfast with hot options. Very good coffee that is available in the lobby with various brews and flavored creamer +hot chocolate and hot tea options. You recieve 2 bottles of water as a rewards member, but the water fountain was not working during our stay.

Good stuff: Staff was courteous and respectful. Clean room. We were able get a room the day of, parking in well lit lot for guests, breakfast was hot and yummy with lots of options, close to grocery store, shops and restaurants. Pet friendly. Bad stuff: Shower did not work in the bathroom and it drained slow. We didn't say anything though. Room was a little stinky but again not terrible, bearable especially after a long day of traveling. Overall the hotel was nice and had great accommodations. No big complaints. No problems. Clean, big room.

The service was amazing! Friendly and efficient. The hotel is a little off a main road, so the noise level is low. Breakfast was great! There are many restaurants nearby. The room was spotless. Did I mention that the staff is spectacular?!

The ladies at the front desk were super friendly & got me checked in quickly and answered any questions I had. Overall the lobby and property looked very nice & clean. The room was amazing! AC worked great, room was very clean, the whole room & bathroom was huge & clean, and the bed was very comfy. Definitely a hidden gem in this town to be as budget friendly & nice as it is. If you’re looking for a place to stay I suggest giving them a visit!

We recently stayed at Best Western Dothan Inn & Suites while traveling with my three kids, and it was a wonderful experience overall. The location is easy to access but tucked behind a quiet street, making it peaceful yet conveniently close to restaurants, shops, and fun activities for the kids. There's plenty of parking, which makes it great for families, truck drivers, or anyone passing through. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and our room was very clean and well maintained. We especially appreciated the safe, family-friendly environment, something that's really important when traveling with little ones. The breakfast bar was well-stocked, and while the pool was closed, it made perfect sense given the recent weather. The price was very reasonable for the quality and comfort we received, and we felt totally at ease during our stay. If you're looking for a solid, budget-friendly stop that doesn’t sacrifice cleanliness or comfort, this is a great choice. We’d absolutely stay here again!
